How to make chicken handi

You have to take a pan, add cooking oil and or butter and heat it, then add onion in it and fry it till golden brown. Now after that you have to add ginger in it, its aroma will start to come out. After that you have to add tomato and cook it well. After that you have to add all the spices including turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and salt. After that you have to add chicken in it and fry it on medium flame for eight to ten minutes. When the chicken is cooked, add curd and mix it well. After that you have to add cream in it and fry it on low flame for five minutes. Finally you have to add hot spices like chopped green chillies. After that grind it with green coriander and after that serve it with hot naan or tandoori roti which ever you like and enjoy it.
